The MØDE online store is hosted and operated through Shopify and related third-party service providers.

At this time, MØDE only sells and ships within the UAE. We do not currently offer international delivery.

MØDE products are intended for external use only.

5. Fragrance and mist product disclaimer

Fragrance is personal and subjective. The same scent may smell different depending on skin type, body chemistry, clothing, weather, humidity, storage conditions, application amount, and individual perception.

MØDE does not guarantee that a product will smell identical on every person or perform in exactly the same way in every environment.

If a product is described as a mist, body mist, grooming mist, clothing mist, fragrance mist, or alcohol-free product, the exact product positioning and use instructions will be based on the relevant product label and product page.

Customers should avoid spraying products into the eyes, mouth, nose, broken skin, irritated skin, delicate fabrics, jewellery, watches, leather, suede, silk, or other sensitive materials unless the product label specifically states that such use is suitable.

6. Clothing and fabric use

Some MØDE products may be suitable for light application to clothing, where stated.

Before spraying onto clothing, customers should test the product on a small, hidden area of fabric and allow it to dry fully. MØDE is not responsible for staining, marking, residue, discolouration, or fabric damage caused by excessive application, incorrect use, failure to patch test, or use on unsuitable materials.

Avoid use on delicate, vintage, hand-dyed, dry-clean-only, leather, suede, silk, cashmere, fur, jewellery, watches, or high-value items unless you accept the risk of damage.

7. Allergies and sensitivities

Fragrance and personal-care products may contain ingredients that can cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase and use. If you have known allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivity, sensitive skin, or any medical concern, seek professional advice before using scented products.

If irritation, redness, rash, discomfort, breathing difficulty, headache, nausea, or any other adverse reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice where appropriate.

8. Product compliance

MØDE aims to supply products in accordance with applicable UAE and Dubai requirements relating to consumer products, fragrance products, cosmetics or personal-care products, labelling, safety, e-commerce, and consumer protection.

Where required, products will be registered, notified, assessed, labelled, or documented in accordance with the relevant UAE or Dubai regulatory requirements before being placed on the market.

MØDE may update product labels, packaging, ingredients, descriptions, warnings, usage instructions, or website information where required for compliance, safety, formulation, manufacturing, or commercial reasons.

9. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.

Prices, promotions, offers, bundles, delivery charges, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been authorised and the order has been accepted by MØDE.

If a pricing, stock, product-information, or technical error occurs, MØDE may cancel or amend the affected order and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

At present, UAE shipping is charged at AED 20 per order, unless stated otherwise at checkout or as part of a promotion.
