Thank you for shopping with MØDE . We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused;
  • Unopened;
  • In its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as received;
  • With all seals, labels, tags, and protective packaging intact;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened fragrance, mist, grooming, skincare, or personal-care products;
  • Used or tested products;
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging;
  • Products that have been sprayed or partially used;
  • Sample products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items;
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.

3. Change-of-mind returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns only where the product is unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • Product name;
  • Photos or video of the issue;
  • Photos of the outer packaging;
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

5. Scent preference

Fragrance is personal and may smell different depending on skin type, fabric, climate, and individual perception.

Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns based on:

  • Personal dislike of the scent;
  • Expected longevity;
  • Expected projection;
  • Change of preference;
  • Difference in how the scent smells on skin or clothing.

6. Allergies or sensitivity

Please check the ingredient list before use. If irritation or discomfort occurs, stop using the product immediately.

Opened products cannot usually be returned due to allergy or sensitivity unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied. For serious reactions, seek medical advice.

7. Return process

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, delivery charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where stock is available.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative product.

10. Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but not received, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Refund processing times can vary.
