Thank you for shopping with MØDE . Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping area

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UAE will not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping within the UAE costs:

AED 20 per order

The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery locations

We currently deliver to addresses within the UAE, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Al Ain and other UAE serviceable areas

Delivery availability may depend on the courier’s coverage area.

4. Delivery time

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or after your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, payment checks, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. When your order is dispatched, we may send you tracking details or delivery updates by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier.

6. Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Failed delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case, we may contact you to arrange redelivery, subject to an additional shipping fee.

8. Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the item;
  • Photos of the outer packaging;
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

9. Delays

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delivery delays may occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, public holidays, weather, government restrictions, payment issues, or other events outside our control.
